• What specific outcomes can participants expect from each coaching program?  A: Outcomes depend upon your participation in implementing the Profit Acceleration Process. 

• How does the "Retainer plus Rev Share" model work in detail for the Strategic Growth Coaching Program?  A: Rev-share is negotiable.

Eligibility and Requirements:

• Are there any prerequisites or business stages (e.g., startup, growth) preferred for joining any of the coaching programs? A: Clients should have minimal revenue of 20k/month so there is some profit to be found. 

• What is the expected commitment (time and actions) from participants in each program? A: One on One and Group Coaching have one hour weekly Advisory Meeting and the time to implement each step of the process should be 1-3 hours per week depending upon how hungry you are for growth.

• Can you share any success stories or testimonials from past participants of the programs? There are testimonials on the website.  

Program Accessibility:

Are the coaching sessions and materials accessible internationally, or are there geographic limitations?  

  Most clients are in the USA or Canada, or organizations looking to begin or expand business in North America, usually in the USA

• How are the coaching sessions delivered (e.g., live, recorded, in-person, online)?  Coaching sessions are live.  1 hour for Strategic Growth Coaching and Group Sessions.  15-minute sessions for Flash Coaching and recordings and resources only for the DIY Academy.

• How customizable are the coaching programs to individual business needs?  We have worked within most industries and the programs are customized to your particular needs in the Strategic Growth Coaching and Flash Coaching programs. 

• Can participants switch between programs if their needs or goals change?  Clients can upgrade at any time. A:  Programs range from monthly to annual commitments and are priced accordingly. For example, Month to month option for strategic growth program SMB ROI is designed to be affordable but requires an annual commitment at 2500/month for 12 months, billed monthly. If you are unhappy, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice, discounted rate will no longer apply.

Support and Resources:

• What kind of ongoing support can participants expect during and after the completion of their program?  A: Clients can continue at a support level either DIY, Group or Continuity program.  Ad Hoc Advisory by the hour is $250/hr

• Are there any community or networking opportunities available through your programs? A: Yes, I have a LinkedIn network of over 10k

• Are there any flexible payment options or financial aid available for participants?  A: Monthly payment options are available, and I have priced my SMB ROI options to accommodate owners who have been hit hard by the pandemic mandates and the poor economy.  

• What is the cancellation or refund policy for each program?

• How do you measure and track the progress and success of participants in the programs?  A: You get a back office and a project plan and timeline with the Strategic Growth Advisory program. 

• What kind of homework or tasks are participants expected to complete, especially for the Flash Coaching Program?  A: The Flash Coaching program is specifically designed for owners who feel they do not have any time and/or budget.  Minimal time required.  An hour a week should suffice, but the more you do, the more you benefit.  These are tiny, strategic, compounding changes.
